    Erythritol Bronze is a calorie-free, vegan sweetener as a powdered substitute for cane sugar. With a glycaemic index of 0, it does not affect blood sugar levels and is suitable for diabetics as well as keto and low-carb diets. It has a flavour similar to sugar and can be used in a variety of ways in drinks, baking and cooking.

    Application & notes

    Can be used 1:1 instead of sugar in recipes; sweetening power approx. 70 % compared to cane sugar. Suitable for hot and cold preparations and for caramelising. High digestive tolerance at normal dosage; excessive consumption can have a laxative effect. Not suitable for animals.
