The capsules containing green tea, OPC, curcuma and R-alpha lipoic acid also contain L-cysteine, L-glycine, L-glutamine and L-methionine, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B5. Zinc, folic acid, manganese and chromium make these capsules an effective means of controlling weight and stimulating the metabolism.

Ingredients:
These capsules contain high-quality green tea extract, R-alpha lipoic acid, curcuma extract, L-cysteine hydrochloride, L-glutamine, L-glycine, L-methionine, grape seed extract, zinc gluconate, niacinamide, riboflavin, manganese gluconate, calcium pantothenate, thiamine hydrochloride, folic acid, chromium chloride and bamboo extract. The capsules are filled with microcrystalline cellulose and have a coating of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Recommended intake:
Take two capsules a day, either in the morning or at lunchtime, always during a meal. Make sure you never take the capsules on an empty stomach.
