Hansaplast Elastic plasters are a suitable choice for all types of minor injuries or wounds. These particularly flexible plasters are ideal for joints and adapt perfectly to the body's movements.

Thanks to the Hansaplast Bacteria Shield, the plasters are protected against dirt and 99% of bacteria. They are particularly suitable for areas of the body that are subject to heavy wear. The non-sticky wound dressing effectively protects and cushions the wound, while the extra strong adhesive strength ensures that the plaster does not slip.

The elastic plasters are available in two versions: strips in different sizes for reliable protection of the injury and cut-to-size plasters by the metre.

The skin compatibility of Hansaplast Elastic plasters has been dermatologically confirmed. They consist of viscose and polyamide as the backing, synthetic rubber as the adhesive and polypropylene fleece as the wound dressing.
