    Red Hawaiian salt (Alaea) as decorative table salt for the visual enhancement of dishes. Finely ground with a grain size of 1-2 mm for a uniform appearance and easy dosing. Due to current EU regulations, the product is offered as decorative salt. It is subject to the statutory value added tax of 19%.

    Application & instructions

    For decorating ready meals and fresh dishes, as a finish on meat, fish, vegetables or salads. Not declared as a food with added colouring; use exclusively for external refinement and visual accentuation. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
