    Concentrated L-tryptophan powder for targeted supplementation of the diet. Pure, vegan amino acid in powder form; can be conveniently stirred into warm drinks, shakes or smoothies. Supports the body's metabolism as a precursor of serotonin and melatonin and contributes to niacin synthesis (vitamin B3).

    Application & instructions

    Recommended daily intake: 500 mg (1/2 measuring spoon, enclosed), preferably dissolved in plenty of warm liquid before going to bed. Higher dosages only after consultation with specialised personnel. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
