The 3M™ Littmann® Classic III™ stethoscope is a reliable, double-sided diagnostic instrument for daily patient monitoring in clinics and practices. It is suitable for adults and children and features dual-frequency technology for auscultation of different frequencies by varying contact pressure. The diaphragm on the paediatric side is removable and can be converted into an open funnel. The stethoscope is available in numerous colours and with special editions such as satin or smoke finish.
