    Organic dulse flakes from wild growth on the Atlantic coast of Spain, air-dried at 40°C in raw food quality. Aromatic with a slightly prawn-like flavour, versatile as a seasoning or ingredient for soups, salads and vegetable dishes.

    Application & instructions

  • Rinse briefly before use; if required, soak in water for 10-15 minutes and drain.
  • Dulse flakes can be sprinkled dry over food or soaked and used directly in dishes.
  • Recommended daily amount approx. 3 g; avoid excessive consumption due to the natural iodine content.
