High-quality stethoscope made of stainless steel for precise listening to sounds. The chest piece enables both higher and lower frequency sounds to be heard, depending on whether the small diaphragm or the funnel is used. The mechanics are of very high quality and milled from solid material, which ensures stability and durability. The chest piece weighs 95 g and has a diameter of 39 mm for the large diaphragm and 32 mm for the small diaphragm or the funnel. The stethoscope has a total length of 77 cm. The sound body and the Vibrason diaphragm are perfectly matched and offer excellent sound characteristics across the entire frequency spectrum. The diaphragm holder ring is made of light metal with a SOFTFEEL coating that feels pleasant against the skin. The fine thread makes it easy to change the Vibrason diaphragm and ensures a long service life. The ear hook is made of black anodised stainless steel and the movable SOFTBUDS ear tips made of soft silicone offer high-intensity hearing. They are comfortable to wear as they are soft on the outside but provide an optimal seal to reduce ambient noise and optimise sound transmission. The internal plastic body prevents accidental closure of the sound channel during head movements. One pair each of sizes S, M and L of the SOFTBUDS ear tips are included and can be easily replaced. Thanks to the design, there are hardly any dirt pockets between the membrane retaining ring and the chest piece, which makes cleaning quick and easy. The stethoscope is latex and nickel-free.
