Please note the following product description for our double-headed chestpiece made of stainless steel:
The chestpiece allows you to listen to sounds with different frequencies. By removing the small membrane, you can also hear lower-frequency sounds with the funnel. The chest piece is of very high quality and is CNC-milled from solid material. It weighs 95 g and has a diameter of 32 mm for the large diaphragm and 22 mm for the small diaphragm or funnel. The total length is 77 cm. The switchable stethoscope offers excellent sound characteristics thanks to the harmonised mass ratio between the sound body and the Vibrason diaphragm. This means that all frequencies are perfectly covered. The diaphragm holder ring is made of light metal and has a SOFTFEEL coating, which leaves a pleasant feeling on the skin. The fine thread enables a long service life and easy replacement of the Vibrason diaphragm without having to resort to hard-wearing plastic. The ear hook is made of black anodised stainless steel. The movable SOFTBUDS ear tips are made of soft silicone and have a sound-insulating design for an intense listening experience. They are very comfortable to wear, soft on the outside and at the same time provide an optimum seal to reduce ambient noise and optimise sound transmission. The internal plastic body prevents accidental closure of the sound channel during head movements. The scope of delivery includes one pair each in sizes S, M and L, which can be easily exchanged. The design of the chest piece makes cleaning quick and easy, as there are virtually no dirt pockets between the membrane retaining ring and the chest piece. The chest piece is latex and nickel-free.
