Masimo EMMA capnograph - portable EtCO2 monitor for adults, children and infants
The Masimo EMMA is a compact, portable capnograph for rapid monitoring of end-tidal CO2 (EtCO2) and respiratory rate. The device provides measured values and a real-time curve within 15 seconds and is suitable for emergency medicine, intensive care, anaesthesia and transport medicine.
Application & instructions
The EMMA is used for continuous measurement of EtCO2 and respiratory rate in intubated or non-intubated patients. Simple one-button operation enables rapid commissioning. Routine calibration is not required. Audible and visual alarms warn of adapter problems, blockage, breath hold or low battery. If unsure, refer to operating instructions and local guidelines.
