Mettaline® sterile dressing cloth 60 x 80 cm in detail
The non-woven fabric of this dressing cloth is made from viscose. The side facing the wound is coated with aluminium, which creates a smooth wound contact layer and minimises the risk of sticking. The wound dressing has air and water vapour permeable properties. The dressing is ideal for large-area injuries, burns, chemical burns and abrasions.
