    Organic nori flakes made from 100% porphyra (organic wild growth off the Atlantic coast of Argentina). Versatile seaweed topping for salads, soups, vegetable and pasta dishes; rich in minerals and natural iodine. Raw food quality, without artificial additives.

    Application & instructions

  • Rinse briefly under cold water, soak for 15-20 minutes (volume up to 6×),
  • use as a topping or ingredient in hot and cold dishes, add just before serving,
  • recommended intake: approx. 3 g daily. Contains natural iodine - pay attention to thyroid function in case of high intake.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
