    Use & instructions

    Prepare as a tea: Pour hot, no longer boiling water over 1-3 tablespoons of pine needles per cup, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 10 minutes. Up to 3 cups a day as required. Store in a cool, dry and closed place; keep out of the reach of children. If unsure or if pregnant or breastfeeding, seek medical advice.
