Organic flea seed husks are a natural source of fibre from India, suitable for supporting a high-fibre diet and for thickening food and drinks. They swell strongly and provide a creamy consistency without additives.

Application & instructions

Stir 2 tablespoons (approx. 6-8 g) into ½ litre of liquid, leave to swell briefly (approx. 10-20 minutes) and consume immediately. Shake or stir well before use. Store away from light, in a dry place and out of the reach of children. If in doubt or if you have any health questions, seek medical advice.
