Calcium, often also called calcium, is an important mineral that is found in large quantities in our body. Calcium is essential for life and fulfils many important functions. It can absorb and store valuable minerals and nutrients from the seawater. This creates a mixture of calcium and other important minerals and trace elements such as iron, magnesium, manganese, sodium, iodine and zinc.
