    Pure sodium bicarbonate (1000 g) as a versatile, odourless powder for use in the kitchen and household. Free from additives, food-safe without maximum quantity restrictions and suitable as a leavening agent, cooking additive, water softener and gentle cleaning agent.

    Application & instructions

    As a leavening agent in doughs, it neutralises acids and releases CO2 for volume. In the kitchen, it accelerates the soft cooking of pulses and softens acidic flavours. In the household, it is used to remove incrustations, as an odour neutraliser and for partial water softening. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
