The cap on my syrup won't open - what can I do?
Unfortunately, sometimes a drop of syrup gets stuck on the outer edge of the bottle neck when the syrup is being bottled. This can cause the cap to stick and make it difficult to open.
During production, attempts are made to avoid this as much as possible - but unfortunately it is not 100% preventable.
Our tip for solving the problem:
Hold the closed bottle neck under hot water from the tap for approx. 30 seconds (please be careful with the hot water!).
This should dissolve the syrup in the cap and make the bottle easier to open. Fatty acid: 0.10 g
