Coffee enjoyment for those in a hurry. The finest coffee flavour fills the room as soon as it is prepared. The quick Viennese temptation tastes deliciously nutty and wonderfully mild. Simply dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of coffee in a cup of hot, non-boiling water. Also tastes great when flavoured with vanilla, cinnamon or Aladdin's coffee spice. Sit back and enjoy!

How much acidity does SONNENTOR coffee have?
Acid provides the specific flavour of the coffee - without acid it would taste stale and bitter. The so-called caffeic acid stimulates stomach acid, which can irritate the stomach in large quantities.
Some of the acids - especially the chlorogenic acids typical of coffee (total content 4 to 5 %), but also citric and malic acid - can already be found in the unroasted beans, but this is not really noticeable in terms of flavour.
SONNENTOR coffee is roasted very gently and slowly from Arabica beans. In total, around half of the acids in the green coffee are lost during roasting, with chlorogenic acids in particular being broken down. However, the breakdown of carbohydrates adds some flavour-intensive acids during the roasting process - primarily acetic acid, but also additional citric and malic acid.
It is therefore not possible without acidity - the acidity level in the coffee varies within a range of around pH 4.5 to 5.0.
The Arabica variety has a significantly longer ripening time than other varieties and therefore has time to develop its ingredients more slowly. In addition to less caffeine, they also contain finer acids. SONNENTOR coffees therefore taste milder and are gentler on the stomach.
