Detailed product description
The Suprasorb H hydrocolloid dressing is made of polyurethane film and has a highly absorbent hydrocolloid layer. This changes to a gel on contact with the wound, in which exudate and tissue debris are bound. The gel formation adapts the dressing to the wound structure. It is ideal for use on slightly to moderately exuding, non-infected and superficial wounds. Suprasorb hydrocolloid promotes a moist wound environment for optimum healing and promotes painless dressing changes without damage. The easy handling reduces the risk of adhesion and the good adhesive properties make Suprasorb H easy and safe to use. As the dressing is both bacteria- and liquid-repellent, the patient can wash and shower without any problems.
