    Pure vitamin B1 (thiamine) as hydrochloride in fine powder - ideal for individual dosing to support energy metabolism, nerve function and the maintenance of normal heart and skin functions. Suitable for independent preparation in liquids.

    Application & instructions

    Stir 1 x 250 mg or 1 x 2 vital measuring spoons daily into plenty of water or juice and drink. Thiamine is sensitive to heat and light; do not heat during preparation. Seek medical advice if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are taking medication.
