Organic wakame flakes 25 g - iodine-rich seaweed flakes, raw food quality
Organic wakame flakes from controlled organic wild growth off the Atlantic coast of Spain. Naturally rich in iodine and minerals, air-dried at 40 °C in raw food quality. Suitable as a crunchy salad topping or ingredient for Asian-inspired dishes; increases in volume up to six times when soaked.
Application & instructions
Briefly wash the wakame flakes and soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes, then rinse well. Use as a salad garnish with sesame seeds, lemon and chilli or as an ingredient in soups and bowls. Contains natural iodine; seek medical advice if you have a known thyroid condition, are pregnant or are unsure. May contain traces of marine particles/crustaceans.
