    The ZOLL AED Plus is an easy-to-use, semi-automatic defibrillator for companies, public institutions, schools, sports centres and private households. Clearly understandable voice prompts, pictograms and Real CPR Help® feedback support first aiders in providing high-quality, controlled chest compressions.

    Application & instructions

    Intended use: External, semi-automatic defibrillator for defibrillation in the event of externally recognisable cardiac arrest by electrical shock delivery following rhythm analysis. Operation according to instructions; regular functional testing and maintenance recommended.

    Note in accordance with MPG / MPBetreibV:

    The ZOLL AED Plus is an active medical device (defibrillator) with CE labelling and is intended for use by laypersons. A safety check (STK) is required every two years for operation in non-public areas; in the case of self-testing devices in public areas, the STK can be omitted if regular visual inspections are carried out. Instruction is not mandatory if the device is intended for use by laypersons (Section 5 (4) MPBetreibV). Operators should keep a medical device log and document inspections and operation.
