Our product is an L(+) lactic acid that is available with a content of 21%. The lactic acid comes in a specially tested HDPE dropper bottle with a dropper insert and child safety cap. It is of food grade quality and is sometimes referred to as RMS lactic acid or (±) lactic acid. The molecular formula of lactic acid is C3H6O3. The colourless and almost odourless liquid has an oily consistency. The CAS number of the product is 79-33-4 and the EC number is 201-196-2.
