Aquacel Ag Plus Extra wound dressings are antimicrobial primary dressings that are used for infected wounds or wounds at risk of infection. Hydrofibre and Ag Plus technology are combined to create a silver ion-containing formulation against biofilm. The wound dressings consist of 2 layers of hydrofibre, which are sewn together with reinforcing fibres.
