B. Braun Dafilon® suture material unspecified in detail

Dafilon® suture material unspecified is suitable for skin closures and plastic surgery. The suture material is made of polyamide 6 and is non-absorbable and uncoated. The suture structure is monofilament. Dafilon® is also synthetic. Although it is non-absorbable, progressive hydrolysis can lead to a gradual loss of tensile strength over time, as is the case with all nylon suture materials.

In addition to the unstained version, Dafilon® is also available in blue or black - you can find all versions and sizes in our online shop!
