How to use?
Take the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).

Duration of use?
The duration of use depends on the nature of the symptoms and/or the course of the illness. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Overdosage?
Overdosing can lead to inhibition of sweat secretion with reddening of the skin, dry mouth, accelerated pulse and urination problems. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

Have you forgotten to take it?
Continue taking the medicine as normal (i.e. not double the amount) at the next prescribed time.

As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing, especially with infants, small children and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

Which age group should be considered?
- Children under 6 years of age: The medicine should not normally be used in this age group.

How does the active ingredient of the medicine work?

The active ingredient influences the nervous system by preventing the transmission of certain stimuli. Various transmitter substances are involved in the transmission of stimuli and their function is partially suppressed by butylscopolamine. In this way, the drug is able to relieve spasms of the gastrointestinal tract, the biliary and urinary tracts and the uterus.
