Erythritol Bronze is the perfect cane sugar substitute for a healthy diet, especially suitable for diabetics and athletes. This calorie-free, vegan sweetener has no effect on blood sugar levels and offers a glycaemic index of zero, which means that it does not cause any insulin release in the body. The finely soluble powder has a high digestive tolerance and does not cause a laxative effect at normal doses.
With around 70% of the sweetening power of conventional cane sugar, Erythritol Bronze can be used 1:1 in recipes, making it ideal for keto and low carb diets. The raw sugar substitute is suitable for both hot and cold drinks and is ideal for baking, cooking and caramelising in the pan.
