Method of use?

Take the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).

Duration of use?

The duration of use depends on the type of complaint and/or duration of the illness and is therefore only determined by your doctor.

Overdose?

An overdose may result in a bitter taste, loss of appetite, nausea, flatulence, nightmares, agitation and depression. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Anaemia with enlarged red blood cells (hyperchromic anaemia)

Application

- Treatment of folic acid deficiency

- Prevention of neural tube defects in newborns (women with previous pregnancies with neural tube defects)

- Prevention of a neural tube defect during antiepileptic therapy

- Therapy of homocysteinaemia due to folic acid deficiency

Dosage

General dosage recommendation-Therapy folic acid deficiency and homocysteinaemia:

- 1 tablet

- 1-3 times daily

- adults

- with a meal

General dosage recommendation-Prophylaxis neural tube defects:

- 1 tablet

- 1 time daily

- Women of childbearing potential and pregnant women

- with a meal
