The combination of the various active ingredients achieves several effects: Paracetamol works against aching limbs and reduces fever. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) supports the body's own defences. Chlorphenamine has a decongestant effect on the nasal mucosa, but also makes you tired. Caffeine counteracts the unwanted tiredness and at the same time reinforces the pain-reducing and antipyretic effect of paracetamol.Use
