Neurapas® Balance in detail
The herbal medicine for depressive moods with nervous restlessness contains active ingredients such as passion flower dry extract, St John's wort dry extract and valerian root dry extract. The excipients include magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium and malodextrin. It is used for mild temporary depressive disorders with nervous restlessness and the dosage for adults aged 18 years and over is 2 film-coated tablets 3 times a day, swallowed whole with liquid. It is taken independently of meals.
Possible side effects may include skin reactions due to increased sensitivity to sunlight, allergic skin rashes, gastrointestinal complaints and tiredness. It is important to inform your doctor if you notice any side effects that are not listed in the package leaflet. Interactions may occur if taken at the same time as other medicines, so it is also important to inform your doctor if you are taking other medicines.
The medicine should not be taken if you are known to be allergic to any of its ingredients or if your skin is known to be hypersensitive to light. The preparation must not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, nor by persons under the age of 18. If liver function is impaired, it is recommended to take the medicine only after consulting a doctor.
Medicinal products with a sedative effect can impair the ability to drive, therefore active participation in road traffic or operation of machinery should be avoided if impairment is perceived.
