How to use?
Take the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water). To make it easier to take, you can open the capsule and take the contents mixed with water, tea or food.

Duration of use?
For acute complaints: You should not use the medicine for longer than 7-10 days without medical advice if there has been no improvement in symptoms after this time.
For chronic complaints: The medicine is suitable for treatment over a longer period after consultation with your doctor. For children aged 1-2 years: The medicine should not be used without medical advice.

Overdosage?
No overdosage symptoms are known. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

In a healthy state, human mucous membranes are colonised by various types of bacteria and fungi. Lactic acid bacteria, including lactobacillus and bifidobacteria, are among the most important inhabitants of the small intestine. By producing lactic acid, they create a slightly acidic environment in the intestine, which prevents the spread of unwanted pathogens. They also stimulate the immune system. Lactic acid bacteria are used for infections of the mucous membranes, especially in the intestinal area, e.g. in cases of diarrhoea or intestinal sluggishness.
