The POLAR Unite fitness watch in size S-L is the ideal tool for optimising your training and achieving the best results. With its compact and comfortable design, it sits comfortably on the wrist and offers a clear colour touch display. It is equipped with an ultra-light silicone tunnel wristband that is comfortable to wear both during sport and in everyday life.
The fitness watch allows you to accurately track and analyse your training and recovery. It features precise heart rate measurement with Precision Time™ sensor fusion technology and allows you to accurately record your heart rate. The battery life is up to 80 hours in training mode and up to 4 working days in watch mode, so you can use the watch for a long time without having to charge it.
Thanks to connectivity via Bluetooth and USB cable, you can easily connect the watch to your smartphone and use GPS signals to track speed, distance and route. However, you can also use the fitness watch in standalone mode and save your training data from up to 30 training sessions without the need to connect to another device. However, to be able to use all the functions, we recommend connecting to the free Polar Flow app.
The POLAR Unite fitness watch offers you over 100 sports profiles with which you can optimally track and analyse your training. In addition, various programmes are available to analyse training and recovery phases, such as the Nightly Recharge™ recovery analysis, Fitspark™ training guide, Sleep Plus SWerktages™ sleep recording and Serene™ guided breathing exercise. You also receive smart notifications that inform you of incoming calls, messages, emails, calendar events and more.
The watch also has various clock functions such as time and date, alarm with snooze function, stopwatch and countdown timer. It supports multiple languages and can be used in standalone mode without other devices or connections. However, to access all functions, features and unlimited cloud storage, we recommend connecting your watch to Polar Flow, the free app.
The POLAR Unite fitness watch is water-resistant to a depth of 30 metres and weighs only 32 grams.
