The Power Block dumbbell can be adjusted in 16 preset steps from 2.0-22.5 kg. Thanks to the "selector pin" (insertion bracket on the side edge), adjustment is quick and easy. With the included SWerktage 2 and 3 expansion kits, you can extend the weight range to up to 41 kg.
The unique grip core of the dumbbell offers comfortable use for any hand size and protects the wrist and forearm laterally. The weight discs of the Power Block dumbbell are powder-coated and precisely balanced.
