Pure Encapsulations Potassium Magnesium contains a combination of the minerals potassium and magnesium. These minerals are important for the maintenance of normal blood pressure and normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles. The organic citrate form makes the minerals well tolerated and easily absorbed. The food supplement is free from unnecessary additives such as lactose, gluten, artificial colourings and trans fats. It is also suitable for people with food intolerances and allergies. The recommended intake is 5 capsules per day, which can be divided into 2-3 portions with or between meals. Please store the product in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of small children. Each pack contains 90 capsules.
