The shoulder trainer Optima Comfort set is a specially developed training system that aims to strengthen the muscles of the rotator cuff of the shoulder. Training with this set enables isolated and intensive use of these muscles, which is particularly recommended for shoulder problems.
The set contains resistance bands in two different strengths so that the training can be adapted to individual performance levels. With the practical universal loop, the training bands can be easily attached to a door or similar device.
The shoulder strap is anatomically shaped to specifically target the rotator cuff. Thanks to its soft padding, the bar is comfortable to wear and does not cause any pressure points during training.
