Sidroga® Linden Blossom Tea in detail
Sidroga® Linden Blossom Tea is a herbal medicine for the relief of coughs that often occur in connection with colds. The lime blossoms come from the winter lime tree (Tilia cordata) and the summer lime tree (Tilia platyphyllos), which are native to Europe. The mucilage they contain has a calming effect on coughs.
It is recommended to drink 1 to 2 cups of the tea infusion daily. Prepare the tea by pouring approx. 150 ml of boiling water over a filter bag and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Then remove the filter bag.
The tea is available in packs of 20 flavoured filter bags containing 1.8 g each.
