Sonnentor coconut blossom sugar in detail

Coconut blossom sugar is obtained from the blossom nectar of the coconut palm. Farmers climb coconut palms to collect the nectar in containers. This is then heated in cauldrons over a fire until it granulates. Coconut blossom sugar is not only one of the most sustainable sugars but also impresses with its low glycaemic index and unique caramel flavour.
