The idea for all ardent fans of Christmas markets: A tea bag that turns wine into flavoursome mulled wine. Simply hang in hot (not boiling) liquid and leave to infuse. One bag is enough for approx. 250 ml - depending on the desired intensity. You can easily conjure up a non-alcoholic version with fruit juice.
