With Twardy® Vitamin B12, you are well supplied with this food supplement. It contains important ingredients such as tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids and povidone. This product is gluten- and lactose-free.
The daily dose of one tablet contains 30 μg of vitamin B12, which corresponds to 1,200% of the recommended daily intake (reference amount according to the EU Food Information Regulation). Swallow one tablet daily with sufficient liquid.
It is important not to exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Store the product in a cool place (6-25 °C) away from light and keep it out of the reach of children.
