B. Braun Premicron® suture material (green) in detail

The non-absorbable, braided, coated suture material consists of polyester fibres. The braided thread structure has a central Kern, which is surrounded by several small, compact braids of polyester filaments. Premicron® can be used for soft tissue approximation of the wound edges, which guarantees undisturbed wound healing. The areas of application for Premicron® include:

  • cardiovascular and vascular indications
  • reconstructive and plastic surgery
