Cefanight® is a dietary supplement with the active ingredient melatonin. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and can alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag.
Ingredients:
The hard capsules contain microcrystalline cellulose as filler, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose for the capsule shell, fatty acids as anti-caking agent and melatonin as active ingredient. The product is 100% vegan, gluten-free and free from allergens, flavourings, colourings, gelatine, yeast, lactose and sugar.
Nutritional values:
One hard capsule contains 0.5 mg melatonin, while two hard capsules contain 1 mg melatonin. There is no specific nutrient reference value (NRV) for melatonin.
Recommended intake:
Adults should take 1-2 capsules unchewed with sufficient liquid (water) shortly before going to bed.
Note:
The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, people taking long-term medication or people with medical conditions should consult a doctor before taking this product. It should only be taken before going to bed and not before operating machinery or driving. It is not recommended to take the product with alcohol. It is only recommended for people aged 18 and over.
Storage:
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of small children.

One pack contains 30 hard capsules, which corresponds to a total quantity of 4.2 g.
