Erler Zimmer Noelle birth simulator with resuscitation baby in detail
This simulator has been developed to give you a realistic representation of the complete birth process. The simulator includes a fully articulated life-size female doll that can simulate all important aspects before, during and after labour. The simulator also includes the following functions:
- Intubable airway with chest lift to practice inserting a tube
- An IV injection arm on which you can practice administering medications and fluids
- A removable abdominal cover to allow access to the abdomen during labour
- The ability to, Leopold handles to practice determining the baby's position in the abdomen
- The simulation of multiple fetal heartbeats to practice monitoring the baby during labour
- An automatic birth system to realistically simulate the birth process
- The measurement of head circumference and opening of the cervix, to assess the progress of labour
- The representation of different placenta positions to simulate more complicated births
- Exchangeable stretchable cervixes to represent different stages of the opening of the cervix
- The possibility of practice suturing an episiotomy incision on three different vulva inserts
- A movable birth baby with placenta and a resuscitation baby with intubation option and the possibility of umbilical artery catheterisation
