Meliseptol acute in detail
Meliseptol acute is a ready-to-use alcohol-based disinfectant for small, near-patient surfaces. However, the product is not suitable for invasive medical devices and is effective within one minute against bacteria, yeasts, mycobacteria and enveloped and non-enveloped viruses.Instructions
- The disinfectant should be applied to a disposable cloth when using the dosing bottle and the surface should be completely wetted with the liquid.
- Alternatively, spray with the spray bottle and rub with a cloth.
- The surfaces must not be rubbed dry after disinfection.
- Alcohol and acid-sensitive materials (e.g. acrylic glass) should be tested for their resistance to Meliseptol acute before use.
