The Polar Grit X Pro is equipped with a sapphire crystal with anti-fingerprint coating. It has 5 side anti-slip operating buttons and complies with the military standard MIL-STD-810G, which includes testing for temperature, impact and moisture resistance. The multisport watch is waterproof to 100 metres and has an operating temperature range of -20°C to +50°C. Other technical features include barometric altitude measurement, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS for fast positioning, a magnetometer compass and Bluetooth Low Energy.

The Polar Grit X Pro has a battery life of up to 40 hours in training mode (GPS and wrist-based heart rate measurement), up to one week of daily use (2 hours of training, continuous heart rate measurement, without smart notifications) and up to 30 working days in watch mode (with daily activity). The bracelet has a length of M/L and a wrist circumference of approx. 145-215 mm. The strap is made of FKM, while the watch case is made of stainless steel and the back is made of fibreglass-reinforced polymer. The sapphire glass lens has an anti-fingerprint coating.

The Grit X Pro is compatible with all common BLE heart rate sensors and offers a user interface in various languages. It can be used with apps such as Polar Flow, Polar Flow for Coach, Polar Club, Polar Team Pro and various third-party apps such as Strava, Komoot, Training Peaks and MyFitnessPal.
