Seaweed spaghetti is a type of algae with long, thin and delicate leaves, which is why it is also known as "seaweed". They are perfect for combining with other dishes and ingredients.
Our sea spaghetti is harvested in the wild off the Atlantic coast of Spain and is 100% organic.
As seaweed has a high iodine content, it should be consumed in moderation.
Special features of our sea spaghetti:
Contents: 100% organically grown sea spaghetti seaweed (Himanthalia elongata).
Preparation: Wash the sea spaghetti thoroughly before use and leave to soak in water for 25-30 minutes. Then rinse well and use either as a topping for pizza or for gluten-free pasta dishes.
Note: The weight/volume of sea spaghetti increases sixfold when soaked in water.
Recommended intake: Consume 2 g of sea spaghetti daily, either on its own or as an addition to food.
Consumer information: Sea spaghetti naturally contains a lot of iodine. Excessive iodine intake can lead to a thyroid disorder. The recommended average daily amount is no more than 0.2 mg iodine.
Storage instructions: Store the product in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children.
