The aroma of the essential oil is much finer and longer-lasting than pure basil - a very special flavour experience. It refines Mediterranean cuisine, pasta, pizza and tomato dishes to perfection. One drop is guaranteed to make your palate sing: O basilico mio!
Use:
1 drop is enough for approx. 4 portions, or the equivalent of 1-3 drops for 250-500 ml of liquid or mixture. The oil should not be enjoyed pure, but mixed with butter, oil, cream, sour cream, egg yolk, soya sauce, lemon juice etc. With the integrated pipette, you can easily dose the oil to give your palate a special treat.

Mix with one of these ingredients: Fats & oils, butter, cream, sour cream, egg yolks, mayonnaise, vinegar, soya sauce, lemon juice, syrups, honey, sugar, salt, alcohol. Then mix together with the mixture.
1-3 drops for 250-500 ml of liquid or mixture.
The product goes particularly well with: dressings/marinades, cream cheese, gnocchi, pasta dishes, risotto, salad, sauces, tomatoes, vegetarian dishes
