Cancellation policy

As an entrepreneur, you have no right of withdrawal! We would therefore like to point out that we will not refund the purchase price in the event of an unauthorized return and will not accept the return.

As a consumer within the meaning of the consumer protection regulations and these GTCs, you have the fundamental right to return the goods received without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods to us, whereby Saturdays do not count towards the deadline. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FM Mein Arztbedarf GmbH, Schlöglstraße 57, 6060 Hall in Tirol, Austria, helpdesk@meinarztbedarf.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal or cancellation:

  • Oxygen products and accessories as well as oxygen sets
  • All rapid tests and protective masks (FFP2, FFP3)
  • Bone drills and accessories such as bone needles and intravenous needles
  • All hygiene products
  • Defibrillators and resuscitation equipment
  • Teaching aids and models
  • All diagnostics and diagnostic devices (metabolic measurement, patient monitors, etc.)
  • All dietary supplements and supplements
  • Any furniture (practice couches, chairs, ...) are excluded from return after delivery to the customer

How the FM works Mein Arztbedarf GmbH to prevent contamination by other customers. This applies to private individuals and corporate customers. For safety reasons, we do not make any exceptions here.

Large orders over 10,000 euros

For security reasons, we ship large orders over €10,000 with our in-house forwarding company. However, the transport for this must always be organized and coordinated with our drivers and cars. So if a product is described as "available for immediate delivery" in the webshop, we still expressly reserve the right to deliver large orders over €10,000 safely and personally to the customer within 14 working days using a forwarding agent. Cancellation of the order is not permitted in this case and is also expressly not accepted for corporate customers (GmbHs, GbRs, pharmacies, doctors' surgeries, nursing homes, hospitals, etc.). The clause as described above therefore remains unaffected: "As an entrepreneur you have no right of withdrawal! We would therefore like to point out that we will not refund the purchase price in the event of an unauthorized return and will not accept the return."

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, which can normally be returned by post. We shall bear the costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
