Biochemie Pflüger® No. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum D 12 Dil. is a homeopathic medicinal product containing 1000 mg Ferrum phosphoricum D12. It also contains ethanol as an excipient. This medicinal product is registered, but without a specific therapeutic indication. In case of persistent symptoms during use, a medical consultation is recommended. There are no known restrictions on use and it contains 50% alcohol by volume. There is no information on how it affects the effect of other medicines. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For acute conditions, it is recommended to take 5 drops every half hour to an hour, a maximum of 6 times a day. For chronic conditions, it is recommended to take 5 drops 1-3 times a day. It should be noted that homeopathic medicines should not be taken over a longer period of time without medical advice. There are no known side effects, but there may be a temporary worsening of symptoms. The medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date.
