An anatomically correct pelvic model with a fully developed newborn and placenta is available for you to practise various obstetric situations, including emergency obstetrics. The model includes disposable umbilical cords with clamps, a replaceable vulva, powder for artificial blood, a pregnancy insertion module with integrated foetus to determine the position of the baby using the Leopold handles, and a transparent cover to view the position of the baby.
The realistic pelvis shows anatomical landmarks such as the spine, the angled birth canal, the ilium, the ischium, the sacrum, the sacrospinous ligament and the greater sciatic notch. The foetus is the size of a real newborn and shows fontanelles and cranial sutures. The model is supplied with a transport bag and measures 53 x 33 x 43 cm and weighs 9 kg.
