Erler Zimmer heart with bypass, double life-size, 4 parts in detail
This double life-size heart model depicts all the important structures of the human heart in great detail. You can remove several parts to see the atria, ventricles and heart valves. The left atrium and pulmonary artery can be removed to show the underlying atrium. You can also open the left ventricle, and the right ventricle and atrium can also be opened through a flap to reveal the right auricle and myocardium. In addition, the model shows bypasses to the right coronary artery, the anterior interventricular branch and the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery. You can clearly see the heart muscles in section and the coronary vessels. The heart muscle, fatty tissue, arteries and veins are hand-painted in detail and the structures are described on the enclosed learning card (German/English). The model is made of unbreakable plastic and mounted on a removable base.
